The new data on the evolution of the coronavirus by municipalities provided by the Ministry of Health show a decrease in infections compared to the last day. Last Friday 30 new cases were notified, while today only 10 are registered throughout the Dénia Health Department on which the entire region depends.
With the new cases, the Marina Alta adds a total of 10.094 infections since the pandemic began, with currently 53 active, which places the accumulated incidence at 31,06 infections per 100.000 inhabitants.
In Xàbia, the new infections have decreased compared to the last update. The town has registered 4 new cases compared to 8 on Friday. It currently has 11 active cases of the 1.475 that have accumulated since March 2020, which causes the incidence to be above the regional one, specifically in 39,26 cases.
