Xàbia, represented by the Councilor for Education and Citizen Participation, Montse Villaverde, and the agent responsible for road safety education, Jeannine Cantó, participated in the III Seminar of the Spanish Network of Cities STARS celebrated in Valsaín, Segovia.
An event that brings together municipalities whose challenge is to promote sustainable trips to school. In this seminar, the xabieras representatives have been able to learn about the initiatives that are being developed in different parts of the State to promote active and sustainable child and youth mobility, as well as the optimal methodologies and good practices and how to integrate into the network of Stars cities that promotes the Directorate General of Traffic, the Town hall Madrid and the reference center for environmental education (CENEAM).
