El Javea Town Hall It has put out to tender the urbanization works of the industrial urban land polygon Catarroja 1, located at the entrance to the municipality by the Gata road. After the approval of the technical specifications by the Government Board, the Local Administration opens the administrative process to contract the works - in an area of 26.625 square meters (12 plots) - to provide them with all the mandatory urban services to acquire solar condition, open and pave roads, sidewalks and prepare the street lighting network.
The session will manage this work, which will then be passed on to the owners through urbanization fees.
Interested companies can submit their proposals for this contract until November 4, which has a tender budget of 1.068.457,64 euros (VAT included) and an execution period of two years.
The management of the polygon is divided into two phases: Catarroja I and Catarroja 2. The City Council now activates the execution of the first phase so that the works can be coordinated with the construction of the roundabout that will give you access from the CV-734.
The project management, safety and health coordination, management and legalization of facilities for this urbanization project (Catarroja 29.761) is also in the tender phase - with an exit budget of 1 euros.
