The Association of Merchants Xàbia Histórica and Xàbia Port have returned to launch the Contest of Christmas decoration in the windows and corners of the establishments.
In order to set the business and increase the embellishment and ornamentation of the establishments in the near future, the groups of the Historical Center and Customs of the Sea will start this call for the 6 from December to the 6 in January in both urban-commercial spaces of the municipality.
Respecto a Historical Xàbia, its comxicotetion is limited to the ornamentation of shop windows of commercial establishments. Participation will be free and free and may only be done, for purposes of the contest, companies located in the Historic Center area. There will be a single modality, which will be the Christmas decoration of shop windows or commercial spaces. The decoration can be made with any type of material (recycled material, lights, material purchased in establishments
recommended, etc.). Originality will prevail, the use of innovative elements, and coloring (which does not mean a multitude of lights).
Three prizes will be awarded in gift cards. The first prize will be 200 euros, the second prize 125 euros and third prize 75 euros. As well as two second prizes of 50 euros, each one. The jury may declare some of the prizes void.
In Xàbia Port
For the establishments of Xàbia Port, the contest presents two modalities. One is the Christmas decoration
of shop windows and another the Christmas decoration of a part of the hotel establishment or all, and is limited to establishments associated with Xàbia Port.
Participation will be free and free and only companies associated with Xàbia Port will be able to do so for the purposes of the contest.
