A total of 60 new homes have been carried out in 2014 in the town of Javea, just has indicated in a report as the Town Planning, Pere Sapena. This significant increase is almost double compared to the previous year, in which 34 new homes were built.

According to Sapena explains, the construction of these houses has not led to the creation of new roads but being made on existing plots, some totally urbanized and others will have the obligation to complete the development works that are missing to acquire the status of land.
