Xàbia will host, on Wednesday, August 25, at 19:XNUMX p.m., a conference within the informative cycle on Valencian civil law 'Dret Civil a la Mar' organized by the Associació de Juristes Valencians.
The talk will take place in the conference room of the Soler Blasco Museum. It will begin with the screening of the docuforum of the University of Valencia 'Claiming a dret civil valencià' and it will have the intervention of professors from the Faculty of Law and lawyers who will talk about the usefulness and benefits of recovering the ability to make civil laws at the regional level -as they have in 6 other autonomous communities- and their response to current problems linked to family law, de facto partnerships, inheritance, separation of assets or transfers of family businesses.
