The municipal psycho-pedagogical cabinet of Xàbia takes over the free psychological support workshops Educating for happiness. The main objective of the classes is to learn how to improve the quality of our relationships with others, manage our emotions and acquire effective tools to solve the inevitable challenges of life.
The workshop, totally free and given by the psychologist Marina Pardo, will last one hour and will be once a month at the House of Culture. In it, resources and psychological strategies will be provided, you will learn to be happier, to suffer less and to choose a life in which to be part of the solution and not the problem.
The sessions will take place on Wednesday 21 in March, Wednesday 11 in April and Thursday 17 in May from 19 to 20 hours.
