The Provincial Fire Consortium of the Provincial Council of Alicante has produced a video with some tips to avoid suffering a heat stroke or, in case of suffering, how to act.
And, in summer season, despite the high temperatures that occur and the warnings received, many visitors and hikers take advantage of the day to take outdoor excursions and enjoy the fantastic landscapes and places of our coastline exposing themselves to the risk of suffering a heat stroke.
