Around 17:00 p.m. there was a spectacular accident in which several vehicles were involved.
It has happened on the CV-734 road that connects Gata de Gorgos with Xàbia. The accident has been caused by the collision of at least four vehicles.
At first, it seems that there are no serious injuries despite the great complexity of the event.
Apparently, the reduction of speed of a vehicle because of the works that are being carried out on this road has produced a chain collision.
Civil Guard, Local Police and SAMU have come to the place.
You don't see anything at night. So difficult is it to signal things well? It seems to me incompetent that everything is done that way.
Luckily there was no one behind because I had to hit a brake just before the gas station.
I only know that I will not return to Javea until everything is finished and if my car has something you will pay me by hook or by crook ...
It is an irony that accidents begin to occur now that they try to avoid them. Please, try to avoid accidents in the work of avoiding them.
Apparently I am not the only person who almost disassembled the car to meet the speed reducers already above and not able to fender in time. Very bad!!!
When a work of this size and maximum is done with the time it will take or it is well marked or any accident is the responsibility of the company that performs it. Where is the Civil Guard to be forced to a good signaling. Being such a busy road, the works would have to be of an urgent nature and a deadline for completion with penalty because if not this summer we will continue with the work.
THE SIGNALING OF SPEED REDUCERS IS LEFT. SIGNALS ARE JUST NEXT TO THE SAME REDUCERS.
IN A COMMON SENSE A SIGNAL OF REDUCERS IS MISSING AT 50MTS SOMETHING AND THEY DON'T SEE WELL A FEAR CHAPUZA
Light fixtures from the first days are mostly in the gutter.
I find it shameful the bad signage of this work, since it is a busy road at all hours of the day.
I hope they do something about it, since this work seems to be going for a long time.
I see a bad management of both the construction company and the City of Xábia, to see all these mishaps and not put measures.
