Union of Stars: Dabiz Muñoz visits Xàbia and Alberto Ferruz's kitchen

The Madrid chef with three Michelin Stars, Dabiz Muñoz, visited, a few days ago, the kitchen of Alberto Ferruz, chef of the Bon Amb Restaurant, with two Michelin Stars.

Both chefs, with diverse but authentic cooking styles, shared good moments, as indicated by the social networks of the chef from Xàbia: "A few days ago we were lucky that another titan visited us and excited the team at this time. Thank you for giving a little of your time to get to know us. To you and the companies, a pleasure."

Muñoz shared some moments with the culinary team and filled the kitchen with enthusiasm and encouragement in the face of these hard times that the hospitality industry is experiencing due to the pandemic.

Dabiz Muñoz has received up to three Michelin stars, in 10 years, with its Diverxo Restaurant, based on a fusion cuisine with Asian gastronomy.

For his part, the chef of Bon Amb, Alberto Ferruz, has achieved, in just five years, such important recognitions as two Michelin Stars and two Repsol Suns. Ferruz, dedicated to avant-garde cuisine, focuses on Mediterranean cuisine with products from this area.
