Several residents of a community have shown their dissatisfaction with the smell that appears in the common areas of the building, coming from a Cannabis Club located in the lower part of the estate. The affected neighbors say that for five months, time that has been open this place, it has been tried that the owner will solve the problem of the smells that leaked to the estate "But for the moment there has been no solution and the problem is going further."
The neighbors stated that they had given notice, on several occasions, to the Local Police so that they had proof of the event and that "They will verify the strong smell that came off and consider that children live on the farm." Those affected ensure not to be against the activity of the business, "We do not ask for the closure of the premises, but a solution to the inconvenience they cause. Just like a disco or pub has to be soundproofed so as not to cause discomfort and noise, this place should take the same measures regarding the issue of odors."
Likewise, the owners of the houses of the building explain that for a few days "The air extractors are on 24 hours a day, which causes permanent noise during the rest hours."
