The Original Charity Shop and Library of Xàbia continues to demonstrate its commitment to the women of the municipality and has once again made a donation to the Department of Equality. The check, for 1.000 euros, will be used as always for care and support programs for victims of gender violence (psychological recovery, emergency transport or accommodation).
Councilwoman responsible, Montse Villaverde, has reiterated its gratitude to this charitable group, always involved in the fight for equality, and that each March carries out a specific campaign to cooperate with the Equality area.
The Original Charity Shop & Library in Jávea obtains funds thanks to the sales of its second-hand store in Arenal (Nancy Street, number 1) and is an asset at the local level, always collaborating with social needs.
