With this event, you will have the opportunity to put your palate to the test even in 4 different occasions.
First tasting: Thursday, April 27
Wine tasting with Encomienda Cervera Winery, with wines from volcanic soil, will take place on Thursday April 27 de 18: 30 20h to: 00h. There are 35 places available and the price is 5€ per person refundable as a discount on future purchases. It will be essential that you reserve your place.
Second tasting: Thursday, May 18
Tasting and pairing by the Chef Martin & Casa del Vino Expert Thursday May 18 de 13: 00 15h to: 00h. There will be a total of 10 places at a price of 42€ per person. The complete menu that they have designed for you includes:
- Mushroom pâté toast, Manchego cheese, chives: Els Marges Rosat
- Salmon in beetroot gravlax, herbed cream, lemon crumble: Maar of Cervera
- Cooked prawns, bisque with chorizo, roasted sweet potato, chorizo crumble, coriander oil: HC Xicotet Verdot
- Pear cooked in red wine, wine caramel, lavender whipped cream, almonds: Les Sorts Jove
Third tasting: Thursday, May 25
Tasting of the range wines caprasia with Vegalfaro Wineries and its organic wines from Utiel-Requena. It will be of 18: 30 20h to: 00h and have 35 seats. You can enjoy it for 5€ refundable as a discount on future purchases. It is essential to reserve a place.
Fourth tasting: Thursday, June 1
A Mini Oil Fair, where you will get to know first-hand 4 oil producers Premium in our region. You can go to 16: 30h and enjoy until 20: 00h. There is no need to reserve a place for this event. There will be the following oil producers:
