As at home I had a box of mahou beer with its 0,25 l containers, obviously empty, and another of Coca-Cola in the same conditions, I asked Ms. that it was in the box if when I went back in the afternoon to do the shopping I should also bring the helmets, since they were 0,25l. Telling me no, because they were not returnable. I threw all the helmets into a glass container, taking the empty boxes, understanding that I would not be charged for the plastic boxes I was carrying, because I was going to take other full ones, as I had been told. What was my surprise, when in the afternoon, and with the car loaded with all the purchases, I was told at the register that I had to pay for the boxes because their empty containers were not there. I point out to the cashier that her partner from the morning had told me to get rid of the helmets because they were not returnable. He referred me to who I suppose would be the person in charge - a young Spaniard with short hair and a tattooed arm -, who in a bland manner came to tell me that "he didn't believe me and that in what head could it fit that the helmets shouldn't be returned", calling me a liar . The lack of respect was appalling.
Look, I've been spending the summer in Jávea for more than 18 years and coming almost every weekend, since we're from Valencia. I do not pretend anything with this comment, naturally I left the purchase in the store. I just want to tell you that thanks to that manager? Not only do they lose a customer, but I will give compliments on the mood and behavior of Puga's employees.
