This coming week, the Provincial Court of Alicante will judge three people for crimes of simulation of facts and continued fraud. The Prosecutor's Office provisionally requests sentences of three years in prison for three
defendants, two men and one woman, for defrauding different insurance companies between the years 2008 and
2009.
The defendants collected from the insurance after faking several traffic accidents in towns such as Xàbia or Benidorm.
