On April 22, 2018, a fight occurred near a pub in Xàbia. According to reports
the Prosecutor's Office, the defendant, who was with other individuals, pushed the injured party and threw him to the ground, where they began to beat him.
Specifically, the defendant kicked him several times in the face and head with such force that they left the victim unconscious, who took 397 days to heal and was left with consequences that make it impossible for him to work or carry out the activities of a normal life.
For this fact, where an attempt was made to kill another by beating a person, eight years in prison are requested for the accused, considering him the author of a crime of attempted murder. The trial will take place on Thursday, October 6, at the Provincial Court of Alicante.
