October leaves behind a greater hotel occupancy than 2013

November 03 from 2014 - 19: 42

The Department of Tourism Town hall de Jávea has made public the hotel occupancy data for the last two months and stating that the months of September and October are a period that must be taken into account within the promotion and offer at all levels that Jávea can provide to the visitor .

The figures are positive in the month of October and remain in September. Either because of the weather that has been accompanying during these last months or because perhaps a new tourism is beginning to be configured that is more interested in the dates after the high summer season, the truth is that many tourists have taken advantage of these circumstances to get closer to the Levantine coast and, especially, to Jávea.

October has left behind hotel occupancy 42,02%, which counteracts the figure of 2013 35,7%, seven points above. On the other side of the coin is that with 53,5% remaining nine points to last year's figure (62,8%) in September.

However, the figure is commendable since the September 2014 presented alterations in what is still the standard pattern. The beginning of the school year much earlier than usual and he did not shoot the fireworks of the festival of the Virgin of Loreto, which usually marks the personal calendar of many of our veraneantes- represent some of the causes that can explain this downturn.
