The tragic news of Sunday occurred this morning when a cyclist 78 years died on the road between Gata de Gorgos Xàbia with.
Apparently the only rider left the road, this presumes that must have suffered a heart failure. The crash site was attended by a SAMU ambulance with doctors who proceeded to perform resuscitation, but were unsuccessful.
Xàbia local police was attending emergency and has subsequently been the Civil Guard who has taken over, being an accident on a road within its competence.
