The sailor of the optimist class of the Club Náutico Jávea, Mateo Carbonell, was the best in the children's sailing trophy held this weekend at the Real Club Náutico de Calp, scoring for the regional cup.
The Jávea Yacht Club optimist fleet achieved excellent results since apart from Carbonell, Carlota Gómez was the second best in girls, and in sub13 Tomás Carbonell was the best, the second in this classification was Arthur Baker and Begoña Pérez-Manglano was the best in girls sub13.
In the absolute classification, Mateo Carbonell himself, Lewis McGregor (6), Tomás Carbonell was eighth in his first date with the optimist class A sailors and Arthur Baker was the 9th best. The classification continued as follows: Liam Woods 13, Carlota Gómez 15, Begoña Pérez-Manglano 17, Charlie Crosbie 22, Elena Pérez-Manglano 23, Mauro Poveda 25, Raúl Martínez 32, Marc Puig 47, Pelayo Poveda 60 and Elizavetha Konak it was 90.
