Mass participation in the workshop taught by Miguel Ángel mixology Julia Creek Moraig

The best bartender in the Valencian Community, the Benisero, Miguel Ángel Juliá, gave a totally free cocktail workshop in the incomparable setting of the Moraig cove of El Poble Nou de Benitatxell. In that workshop the bartender unveiled the secrets of his cocktail "Pasqua Berenar", a cocktail with which he won the prize for the best 2016 team in the Valencian Community.

The workshop was well attended by swimmers and onlookers who did not want to miss the opportunity to participate. Only participants shared their desire to learn because the ingredients were donated by the Biomoscatell projectThe beach bar and the consistory poblero Cocoro.

The bartender prepared six cocktails with the juice of the Biomoscatell Project as the main ingredient and with the philosophy of kilometer 0. The drinks had names as suggestive as "Aigua Navy","Dry Moscato","Sant Antoni","Royal Moscatillo","18 Graus","Orange Montañito" Y "Moscatell and Picante"which, in addition, was awarded third place in the orange recipe contest of the Fira Modernista de Carcaixent 2016.

The experience was very positive for the mayor of Agriculture and Economic Promotion, Manolo Segarra who noted that "If our juice Biomoscatell already achieved success with CuinaMoscatellAlso surprising in the art of preparing drinks. We are convinced that the impact it has had this workshop and the important award for the best cocktail of Valencia will open new doors".
