Parents concerned about their children's behavior on internet

February 13 from 2013 - 00: 01

Last Thursday, the School Parent IES Antoni Llidó offered a new conference which focused this time on Internet security. It was attended by parents interested in learning how to prevent problems arising from misuse of social networks and how they inform their children the proper use of them.

The talk was led by Antonio Asensio, a member of Team women and children under the Command of the Guardia Civil in Alicante, which in a very didactic way informed of the need to preserve privacy and security in virtual communication.

The most common crimes committed on the Internet are grooming (adult abuse the child), sexting (network exposure photographs committed sexual charge) and cyberbullying (bullying equivalent).

Parents and attendants mothers were particularly interested in the precautions they can take to prevent such crimes.

7 next March will be a briefing to encourage reading in the family by the director of the Bromera Foundation, Josep A. Fluixà.
