Meeting planning to meet the PATIVEL

At the meeting which was also attended by the Councilor for Urban Scene, Paco Torres, has served to see how this regulation would affect the coast of Xàbia. The Generalitat staff has been informed of the management of each of the zones in the strip to be protected and the urban plans presented in them, as well as their development phase.

Visiting Xàbia it is framed in previous studies with which the Department collects the necessary data for the decree to be submitted for approval, defining categories of protection and use regimes.

Therefore, until November this year suspended the approval of new action programs in soils classified as developable in the field of 500 meters from the coastal strip.

And why only on the coast? The Canal de la Fontana urbanization has destroyed one of the very few more or less green areas that remained near the Arenal, all because of the «pasta», of course ... I don't know how many buildings have been projected there, the possibility of docking has been removed small boats to the owners with little possibility of paying a mooring, more than 50 palm trees that were growing healthy have been uprooted, at no cost to anyone, and without pests, in short, it has become (or will become) a highway which it was a very pleasant road to walk. Who benefits from this if not the wealthiest? Why haven't they made this huge investment in the Gorgos riverbed, where there was plenty of space without hurting anyone? Isn't this considered "predatory urban development"? A quiet road will become, like so many others, a source of noise and annoyance for those of us who are going to rest in Jávea, do you not realize that Jávea is -or better said, ERA- famous for being different from so many others vacation destinations (for my taste dreadful) precisely because they have safeguarded their old and traditional appearance and that they have been carrying that grace that they had for some years?
And by the way why is not arranged Triana Bridge?
