It is not the first time the Town hall de Jávea puts out to tender the two remaining free stalls in the Municipal Market, specifically stalls number 12 and 14, both with an area of 11'07 square meters. The minimum amount for which they go out to tender is 1.855,96 euros, a figure that can be improved upwards and that, as established, must be paid in one go before starting the activity in said position.
There will be fifteen days to bid on positions of Mercat Municipal, namely until January 8. Those who are interested in presenting their proposals can do so from 08: 15 h. at 14: 30 h. in the register of City Hall in Sunrise Avenue of Spain, 2.
The Department of Economic Promotion of the City of Jávea has ensured that all proposals arriving and economic offer (45 points) are taken into account, being unemployed (15 points), diversification of activities to exercise (25 points) will be studied , provision of furniture and materials involving stop making investments exceeding 3.000 euros (5 points), service delivery (5 points) and card payment (5 points) amount.
