A hiker who was walking the paths that lead to Cap Prim and Cala Sardinera had to be rescued this week by members of the Regional Fire Park after fracturing an ankle during the walk.
Despite not being a complicated route, apparently the man stumbled and twisted his ankle. The firemen, helped by the Local Police, came to their aid since the hiker could not walk. In a first evaluation they determined that the tibia and the fibula could have been broken.
SAMU ambulance transferred the wounded, since the beginning of the path, to the Regional Hospital of Dénia.
