The Portal de la Marina stores launch a new WhatsApp Shopping service

As of June 15, some of the downtown stores will offer this new mobile service to their customers.

Check the availability of a product, solve doubts or make reservations, are just some of the functions that can be done from this application.

El Portal de la Marina Shopping Center, owned by Lar España Real Estate Socimi and managed by Grupo Lar through Gentalia, launches its new WhatsApp Shopping service in downtown stores.

This action responds to the demand by users to be able to have a direct store-buyer assistance service. Not all the shops in the center have implemented this service, but you can check the list of those shops that have signed up to this new service on the official website.

For Virginia Carrasco, director of the shopping center “we know that people's forms of communication are changing and we wanted to adapt to the format that they currently use the most. Being able to enter our clients' WhatsApp, and thus offer them direct and exclusive attention, was something that the public was already demanding and it was time to offer it to them. We hope that this new service will be well received by shoppers at the centre”
