The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports has published in the DOGV the list of the opposition courts to Secondary and other bodies and the definitive list of the 22.912 admitted applicants from the 67 specialties can now be consulted.
By regions, in Alicante the final lists of applicants include 7.057 people, in Castelló 2.374 and in Valencia 13.481 applicants.
An error has been warned in the published resolution, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports informs that the first test of the opposition will be on May 22 and the second on May 29, and not on May 15 and 22 as has been published. The relevant error correction will be published in the DOGV in the next few days.
Therefore, the opposition phase will begin on Saturday, May 22, with the celebration of part A of the first test, which consists of the development, in writing, of a subject chosen by the applicant from which the court draws at random proportionally to the number of topics on the syllabus of each specialty.
The exam for part B of the first test will take place on Saturday, May 29. In this case, it is a practical test that will allow you to verify that you have a scientific training and a mastery of the technical skills corresponding to the specialty to which you are opting.
The rest of the planned schedule remains the same. As of June 28, the defense will begin before the examining courts of the didactic programming or the teaching guide presented, which also includes the preparation and oral presentation of a didactic unit or a thematic block. After the end of the opposition phase, the merit contest phase will take place.
126 more courts than in 2019
To guarantee safety distances and all the necessary hygiene measures, a clear commitment has been made to reduce the ratio of applicants per court who will examine less than 50 people each. For this reason, up to 474 examining courts have been appointed, 126 more than the 2019 comxicotetive examinations, in which a similar number of places were called.
In the regions of Alicante, 147 examining courts will be established in 59 educational centers. In the regions of Castellón there will be 51 examining courts, in 25 educational centers. In the case of the regions of Valencia there will be 276 examining courts in 102 educational centers.
3.542 free access places
In the call, 3.542 open-access places are taken to the comxicotetion, of which 249 are reserved for applicants with functional diversity. 420 people of the total of 24.723 registered and registered opt for the latter.
The vast majority of places offered, 2.771, correspond to the teaching staff of Secondary Education. Within this body, comxicotetions are called for 30 different specialties, but only five of them concentrate more than half of the places (54,3%). They are, in this order: Mathematics (424 places), Spanish Language and Literature (300 places), Valencian Language and Literature (300 places), English (253 places) and Geography and History (229 places).
