With the start of the school year, the improvement works of the CEIP Trenc d'Alba, foreseen within the Building Plan, begin. The project includes the construction of a new dining room, a new gym, the reform and expansion of the kitchen, the renovation of bathrooms and water facilities, as well as the renovation of children's games.
These expansion works are scheduled to begin next week, starting on September 13, which will be carried out by the company Binaria Construcciones and will involve an investment of one million euros.
The execution of this action will take place mostly outside the center (in the old site of
urban gardens and parking) which is where the dining room and gym will be built. As for the work that affects the current facilities, renovation of bathrooms and pipes, they will be carried out during holiday periods such as Christmas or Easter and at the end of June so that it does not affect the school rhythm.
