The Department of Environment and Services of Xàbia these days is cleaning a forest area located in the Balcón al Mar area, in Cabo de La Nao. The cleaning of this area is being carried out by members of the social brigades. They are workers hired by the Town hall thanks to the social plan for urgent employment and for the protection of the environment. Recently, 10 new operators organized in the second shift have been incorporated.
In addition to conditioning in Balcon al Mar these temporary brigades are working on clearing roads and ravines of the municipality.
