The platafoma of People Affected by Mortgages High Marina Xàbia reach next Thursday April 25 to try to stop the eviction of a family, whose home is already auctioned. Eviction would occur for a debt of EUR 44.000.
To avoid this, the Platform has brought before the courts of Dénia an application for annulment, appealing to the judgment of Luxembourg.
