The 'I regional stock Fair' opens its doors

La I Stock Fair of the Marina Alta has opened its doors today, in Xàbia, with more than 60 stalls from different towns in the region, which have put their latest and best articles on sale.

Since early in the morning and complying with all hygienic-sanitary measures, dozens of people have approached the Plaza de la Constitución to make their purchases at a good price. The Mayor of Xàbia, José Chulvi and the Councilor for Economic Development, Marta Bañuls, have visited the stock fair together with municipal representatives from other municipalities with businesses participating in the fair.

Fashion for children, youth, men and women, textiles, jewelry, accessories and accessories are some of the wide range of items that can be found at this trade fair until 20 pm this Saturday.

This Stock Fair has been an initiative promoted by the merchant associations of Xàbia with the collaboration of the Department of Economic Development of the Town hall with the aim of discharging all the stock that has remained in store warehouses due to the closure and restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Now, it is expected that this project will go ahead and be held temporarily on an itinerant basis in each of the municipalities of the region.
