In the 60 years, the concentration of posidonia in that area attracted a lot of marine fauna, and as a consequence, many amateur fishermen. The friendly character of Juanito and the ability of Rosa, his wife, to act as a hostess, made a window of his house open to serve some appetizer of casserole or dried octopus.

In a short time, tourists also began to arrive. And the idea of ​​opening a business assaulted the Noguera family. To raise the money and start, they sold their bakery and emigrated to France. When they returned they built a restaurant next to the house.
