November 23 from 2017 - 13: 32

The Civil Guard has arrested in Xàbia a young man of 20 years as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of sexual assault, committed to two minors, in a secluded spot in the town. The detainee has already been imprisoned, without bail, for these acts.

The events occurred last November 15, when the Civil Guard of Jávea received a complaint in which some minors had been possibly sexually assaulted by an adult, of which they could only provide their first name, their nationality and his age, 20 years.

With the scarce data, the agents of Judicial Police of the Civil Guard of Jávea initiated the investigation to determine the responsibility of the facts. Apparently, the two minors met him the day before and were left to go
with him to an isolated area of the town, known as the path of the Calvary Chapel, to see a meteor shower that was to take place that night.

It was then, taking advantage of the distance and darkness of the area, when the adult, committed the crime of sexual assault towards the two minors.

The agents analyzed the various social networks in which minors were present to go obtaining
information about the possible author and in only 24 hours after the reporting of the facts, the alleged perpetrator was identified and detained. He has already been brought before the courts, and his entry into
Imprisonment without bail, awaiting trial.

I adhere to the congratulations of Fernando Llaguno, of course! to the Civil Guard for their magnificent dedication and for the protection they always give us.
Yes, I would like to know if that undesirable (to put it very finely) will condemn him or simply enter and leave the prison with a simple reprimand or a fine, as happens in many cases. This, logically, does not depend on the Civil Guard, but the judge, but I would appreciate, if it is possible, the reporters of Jávea.com to follow this case to see how it evolves, for the peace of all parents.

Congratulations once again to the Civil Guard.
