The source of information for this chatbot (a computer program with which it is possible to have a conversation) is from the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública.
The chat provides the latest data on active positive cases, the cumulative incidence per 100.000 inhabitants as well as the cumulative cases that have occurred since the start of the pandemic.
By accessing https://covidcv.netlify.app/ you add the name of the municipality of which you are interested in knowing the data and it gives you the latest registered data
The objective of this new service is to get official and truthful information to citizens.

I live in a small town in Castellón and we reliably know the COVID cases that occur there. On November 13 there were five positives and I see that they are not contemplated 13 days later, having produced several updates.
