The president of the Generalitat Valenciana, Ximo Puig and the Minister of Health, Ana Barceló, have appeared, a few minutes ago, to talk about the curfew in the Valencian Community
The councilor has shown, in the meeting with the Interterritorial Council, the will of the Valencian Community to impose the limitation of night mobility. Likewise, Puig has indicated that the Generalitat's legal profession has been asked to find the way to establish a curfew in the coming days in our autonomy. Specifically, a resolution has been commissioned to impose the reduction of mobility between 00:00 and 06:00, "Since it is a strip where actions are carried out that are not allowed, bottles, but favor contagions", has indicated Puig.
This limitation, in order to end private parties, would include from the day it is approved, "The decision will be made in the next 48 hours and will be effective when the TSJCV ratifies, and it will be until December 9, we are not going to delay this decision", the president reviewed.
The fact of putting the Curfew throughout the national territory has not been supported by all the Autonomous Communities, so the Generalitat states that their purpose was for the measures to be harmonized throughout the territory. Even so, the Valencian Community takes a step forward and has raised its measures before the Superior Court of Justice and the Legal Profession.
Regarding the health situation in the Community, Barceló has stated that the Valencian Community has a lower incidence than the rest of the CCAA "But we are not well, in recent weeks the cases and the number of hospitalizations have grown.
