He "XVII Blood Donation Marathon", in memory of Dionís Henarejos, organized by the Mare de Déu de Loreto Party Commission, will be held next Wednesday, August 19, at the commission's premises, located on Severo Ochoa Street. The schedule for going to give blood is 9:30 a.m. to 14:17 p.m. and 30:20 p.m. to 45:XNUMX p.m.
A joint activity that a year is included within the festivals celebrated in Duanes de la Mar. All people who come to give their blood, will be presented with a T-donor while supplies last.
The Councilor for Health, Pepa Gisbert and the president of the commission festera, Juan José García, have presented the poster announcing this action, which has the impulse of the Transfusion Center of the Valencian Community and the support of the Red Cross.
With this activity the commission of Loreto contributes to the awareness of the need to make blood donation a habit, and helps recruit new donors and collect a large number of donations to nourish the blood bank.
