Next Wednesday, March 24, in the Provincial Court of Alicante they will judge the guard of a nightclub in Jávea accused of breaking the wrist of a client of the establishment.
The attack occurred on December 3, 2017 when, according to the prosecution's account of events, the defendant addressed the victim, who had left the premises, grabbed her by the neck and lifted her off the ground to move him to the across the promenade where the disco was located.
The 18-year-old injured man took 520 days to heal from his wrist injuries.
