El Portal de la Marina Shopping Center, with its manager, Carlos Fita and the Town hall de Ondara, with its mayor, José Ramiro Pastor, delivered the prizes for the second edition of the Wonderful project in which innovation is rewarded. Focus 360º, in the category of Smart Cities y Digitaldenia in the category of Innovative Ideas have been the winning projects.
The project Focus 360º offers an innovative management solution for citizens, companies, entities or public administration. It is developed with the purpose of facilitating an efficient and connected management, of any labor or daily relationship, in any field.
On the other hand, the company Digitaldenia has been the winner with its innovative audiovisual project, with virtual reality services such as videomapping video for window dressing, three-dimensional advertising holograms or even virtual hostess.
These awards are part of the national initiative Wonderful Project, which aims to support and promote innovation, and has been again promoted in this second edition by the Portal de la Marina Shopping Center, owned by LAR Spain, and the City of Ondara through its Department of Economy, Finance and Dynamisation Economic
The winners have thanked the mall and the City Council for this recognition and for initiatives such as Wonderful that support innovation, since it is the only way to undertake with greater guarantees of success.
Carlos Fita, manager of the Portal de la Marina shopping center, said: "We are delighted to continue another year supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, to those who are employed in providing solutions and improvements to our region and society."
Wonderful has been developed simultaneously in other provinces such as Toledo, Madrid, Albacete, León, Barcelona, Pontevedra, Bizkaia or Lugo. In this region 20 projects or innovative companies have participated in its two categories.
Thanks to Wonderful, both winners get a set of prizes focused on supporting them with access to financing or private investment thanks to the BStartup program of Banco Sabadell or the investment vehicle in Startups of Indra. Access to the IBM Global Entrepreneur Program valued at 12.000 $ and the Wonderful LAB, which entail diverse solutions and technical support for the proper development of companies or winning Startups. In addition, in the category of Innovative Ideas, Wonderful awards an MIT Entrepreneurship Course, taught at the Francisco de Vitoria University, a tablet and other additional support awards.
