From September 18 to October 24, the Ojos Rojos Latin Photography Festival in the Mediterranean holds its second edition in Xàbia.
The photographic collection "Nordic" by photographer Luis Vioque will be located in the Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Soler Blasco, room where panoramic photography can be observed.
Luis Vioque, from his beginnings with photography, has used panoramic landscapes for his works. The insistent search for timeless images and a constant game with the horizon line are the arguments that he uses to express himself.
Nordic, which opens on September 18 at 18:30 p.m., is a photographic work carried out over four years in the four Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
The immensity of the photographed landscape makes you feel alone and at the same time surrounded by nature and silent magic; it makes you reflect on life, on the present and the future.
Time is another concept present in these landscapes, it stops, it is diluted without any reference that makes us suspect the temporal location of the shot.
The exhibition can be visited from September 18 to October 24 from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 13 p.m. and from 18 p.m. to 21 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10 am to 13 pm. Closed Monday
