El Grup Polifònic Ars Nova de Xàbia celebrates its choral festival on Saturday, a special performance in which it will share the stage with the choir Vila de Godella and Musical Union of Sax. The recital, free of charge, will start at 20 hours in the former Convent of Agustinas.
The local group has included in its repertoire well-known topics such as Let It Be de The Beatles, I dream a dream, The musical Los Miserables, Halleluyaj de Leonardo Cohen o The Behemian Rapsody de Queen.
Meanwhile, Godella musicians will also tackle pieces known as Moon River de Mancini, Paraules d'Amor o Song, Joan Manuel Serrat, among other. And on the other hand, the group of Sax will interpret themes of Verdi, Barbieri, Moreno Torroba y Arrieta.
