Francisco Pastor, known as 'Kiko Ball' ha passed away yesterday, September 8, day of the Mare de Déu de Loreto, at the age of 72. The last goodbye will take place this afternoon at the local funeral home. Known throughout Xàbia for his solidarity and for being the 'telegraph boy', Kiko Ball He was the largest blood donor in his day as he donated from 1971 to 2016.
Promoter of the Local Assembly of the Red Cross of Xàbia, he received among several awards, the silver medal from the Spanish Red Cross and the gold medal from the Red Cross of the Valencian Community. In 2016 he received the 9 d'octubre Vila de Xàbia award for his Solidarity. He was also one of the promoters of the Civil Protection group and was part of the Brotherhood of Jesús de Nazareno and of the Mare de Déu de Loreto festival commission.
