A group of German students of the institute Emil-von-Behring-Gymnasium of the German locality
of Spardof participated in the project of the Biomoscatell of the Poble Nou de Benitatxell. The students, who belong to an exchange project with the institute of Teulada, learned the customs and traditions of the area.
The farmers of Biomoscatell They explained the grafting techniques to get some strains more resistant to diseases, learned to prune and dismantle the grape vines and made a guided tour of the rural landscape and visited the church.
The visit included a tasting of the ecological juice of the Biomoscatell in a sunset among vineyards. The students defined the day as unique as they lived delights with smells, tastes and authentic landscapes.
