This Sunday, June 5, the Soler Blasco Museum will host the presentation of the poems Girar/Caure by the writer from Gata de Gorgos, Vicent Botella i Soler. The appointment is at 12:00 and, in addition to the author, it will feature the intervention of the poets Marc Grandell and Pau Sif.
Girar / Caure, by Ediciones El Buc and Pruna Llibres, has been awarded at the 39th edition of the Manuel Rodríguez Martínez Ciutat d'Alcoi Poetry Prize. The book contains a series of poems that very well combine the scientific perspective with poetic knowledge and the techniques of the genre.
Vicent Botella (Gata, 1985) has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Valencia and has previously published the collections of poems La llàstima (Edicions 96, 2015) and Residu de pluges (Publicacions de la Universitat de València, 2005).
