El Town hall del Poble Nou de Benitatxell wants to enhance the charming corners of its urban center. One of the latest actions carried out by the Department of Services has been the facelift of two municipally owned houses located in the Plaza de la Iglesia.
The façade has been rehabilitated and painted, the wooden doorway has been restored, shutters have been installed and some greenery has been added to adorn the entrance. This small intervention is part of the package of measures that the current government team is carrying out to achieve an attractive and green old town.
Information panels have recently been installed throughout the center that are part of the urban route of 'Museu al vent', an initiative of the Department of Tourism and the Lookish Spain App with which to discover the most beautiful corners through audio-guided routes and 360º virtual reality.
The aim of this urban route is to recover the history and municipal heritage through the most characteristic architectural elements and put Benitatxell on the map as more than a destination of coves and beaches.
