The Freginal neighborhood of Xàbia opens, this Tuesday, the children's playground in Plaza Xàtiva, a completely renovated space for leisure. The design, which collects the requests of children themselves - channeled through the Consell dels Xiquets - has two different play areas.
One for the little ones and another with a block of children's games (with a jumper play for jumps) all around the chosen theme of fairy tales, simulating castles, towers or floats. The park also has an area designed for adults, with gymnastic elements to provide a healthy entertainment option for those who come to the park.
The space has litter bins and new furniture, maintains the central tree as a shaded area and on the margins will have native aromatic plants, easy to maintain and with a height that guarantees the visibility of the park from the outside.

To prevent vandalism or use as a pipican, specific lighting and a perimeter metal fence have been installed, which will be closed at night. Thus, the space will be open from 8 a.m. to 20 p.m. in winter and on summer nights its hours will be extended until 22 p.m.
