The Councilor for Citizen Security and Emergencies of Xàbia, Pepa Gisbert, today received its counterpart from Petrer, Pablo Lizán, since this municipality is interested in implanting the figure of the Guardian Agent and wanted to know first-hand the experience of Xàbia. Those responsible for both police forces and guardians participated in the meeting.
Xàbia launched this program in 2016 with the aim of improving coexistence, educating in values and preventing or detecting problems in the classrooms (absenteeism, violence, harassment or addictions), introducing agents within the centers as a reference figure and trust for students, teachers and parents to lean on in the face of any conflict.
