Crisis is synonymous with change, a change in all areas. But where perhaps more patent is done is in the world of work, where the ways of working are in constant evolution and change. Therefore, Women Entrepreneurs of Jávea (MEJ) has organized a conference that aims to analyze how the world of work will be after the crisis.
Guiomar Ramírez-Montesinos will talk about the paradigm shift in social organization from pyramidal structures to networking. This frame of reference will serve to better understand what the current crisis really means and where we are going.
Gloria Diego will discuss the different legal formulas to be able to work in a network, while Julio Giménez will share his coworking experience and Alfonso Gallego will explain how this page can help local and local commerce be comxicotetive on the internet.
Finally, there will be a round table in which several speakers who already live the working world from this new paradigm will share their experiences with the intention of inspiring others.
