The Virtual Counter of the Dénia Health Department -DSD- has received more than 3.000 visits since it was launched in June. It is a new communication channel with patients that can be accessed through the website or by downloading the MS Virtual Counter APP, available for Android and IOS.
The objective of this new channel is to make it easier for citizens to manage certain procedures so that they can resolve them themselves or start their processing online. Access can be made from any device with an internet connection, anywhere and at any time of the day. In this way, unnecessary travel is avoided and procedures are streamlined.
The new channel allows you to answer questions, request an appointment to receive the COVID vaccine, renew prescriptions, modify data on the SIP card or request clinical documentation, among others.
Also, through the virtual counter, the user can contact an operator through Telegram, ChatWeb or WhatsApp, to resolve doubts related to administrative processes or carry out procedures, an experience that has already been tested by more than 1.200 users.
Along these lines, the DSD reminds citizens of the advantages of having the MS Virtual Counter APP, which offers the possibility of viewing pending appointments and tests and receiving a reminder on their mobile phone the day before the appointment, with the time and place of the visit, as well as other notifications. "We work to make it the simplest and most comfortable way to manage appointments and be informed," says Juan Manuel Lacalle, DSD Quality Director.
