The activities of the Agrupació Fotográfica de Xàbia (AFX) started with the VII Photographic Rally celebrated this past weekend.
The Rafalet area was the setting chosen to carry out this photographic comxicotetion for its scenic and cultural beauty. The jury, after viewing and assessing more of 300 snapshots, determined that the best collection of the rally was that of José Antonio Vives Llobell Cock, from Xàbia. In second place was the photographer of Altea, Vicent Llorens Llorca, and in third position was Miguel Ángel Serra Galdón, of Gata de Gorgos.
With respect to the prizes for the best Photography of the Obligatory Theme, it was for Jaume Torres and for the best control photo that of Xusa Bou Sart.
The awards ceremony took place on Sunday morning at Casa Primicias. The jury was made up of Francisco Catalá (AF Xàbia), Pepe Mengual (Fotoclub Forat) and Vicent Carrió (AFAPedreguer). The photographic collections presented can be enjoyed in the video that the Photographic Association has prepared.
