Xàbia will host next Sunday November 15 the launch of "Els riuraus. L'elaboració of pansa"Historian and researcher Carlos Fuster Montagud, known in social networks as"Riurau amb panses".

The book collects didactically everything related to the production of Raisin and social and economic world about this process: life in the countryside, Scheldt or associated architecture. It also incorporates more than 350 old and current photographs, recipes and a glossary.
This appointment with the history and the local ethnography will have the best scenario: the riurau d'Arnauda. It will be the author, who will have the support of the local writer Pepa Guardiola, great passionate about the subject, and the mayor, José Chulvi.
