The prestigious chef, Ricard Tobella, chef of the Quique Dacosta restaurant, participates in the educational days "Culinart"organized by the Department of Education of Xàbia.
Tobella has taught a class in which students have learned to make a dish with fruit desserts emulating one of the chef served in the restaurant where he works.
The class has had two exceptional witnesses, the mayor, José Chulvi and mayor of Education, Montse Villaverde who they have proven skills with young students.
"Culinart"celebrates its second edition with healthy cooking and art workshops taught by high-level teachers. Along with Ricard Tobella, the pastry chef José Montejano and the artist and promoter of the Beatriz Rico project participate.
These workshops have the participation of 400 schoolchildren who under the motto "A sea of fruits"They discover the importance of having a healthy breakfast and snack. They also learn to prepare the dishes themselves in the cooking workshop.
Also they include laboratory experiments as odors and kinds of art forms like gyotaku (Fish printing ink) and Waterpainting (An art form mixing paint and water).
